What is the contract length and notice period?
Annual contracts. Notice-period detail is in the Master Service Agreement we share before signing. Talk to us about your contract terms in the demo.
How does the 30-day pilot work?
14-day onboarding then 16 days of platform use, no contract, no card-on-file, no auto-conversion. On day 30 you tell us whether you’d like to continue.
We provision your real cohort during the pilot, so the evidence-pack export, audit log, and Dr Clive interactions are all yours to keep on day 30 regardless.
How does pricing scale?
Pricing scales with cohort size, not features. Most providers fall in a bracket determined by discussion, not by a published price list. Talk to us — we will give you the actual number in the demo, not in a follow-up sequence.
Do you offer per-seat pricing?
No. A flat contract means adding learners mid-year does not change your invoice within the agreed cohort band.
Do you integrate with UNIT-e, ProSolution, Maytas, or Tribal?
MIS integration is on the roadmap. We do not claim integration we have not built. Tell us your MIS in the demo and we will share where it sits in the queue.
